Outdoor Markets

Terms and Conditions:

Payment of the vendor parking/spot fee is due in full at the time reserved prior to vendor parking or setting up on our property. The vendor agrees to abide by all Park It Market rules and policies while on the property. The vendor agrees to remove the vehicle and all other items by midnight on the night of the outdoor market with Park It Market. Park It Market reserves the right to refuse initial or renewal agreements with any Vendor for any reason. If the vehicle or other items remain on the Park It Market lot 48 hours beyond the expiration date and time, vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense any other items will be assessed for a removal fee and charged to vendors form of payment. This option is only for placing items for sale in their designated spot, no items can be stored, resided in, or for any other cause. This agreement covers one spot for the aforementioned vendor ONLY and no other vendor may be substituted at any time on the lot. Assignment of this agreement to another party is strictly prohibited. No refunds shall be issued for unused portions of the agreement period. 

Vendor sales and negotiations with buyers are strictly between private parties. Park It Market shall have no involvement or liability in sale of any items. 

Legal Disclaimer: Park It Market does not represent the buyer or seller in any transaction made from the use of Park It Market property. Any warranty, either expressed or implied, is between the "buyer" and "seller" and only the "buyer" and "seller" and all items sold shall have no warranty, either expressed or implied, from Park It Market. By using this service, you, the "buyer" or "seller," agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park It Market, all officers and employees, from any claim or demand made by any third party. You, the "seller," are required to carry your own insurance, as Park It Market does not carry insurance on your items when placed on our property for display/sale. You, the "seller," agree that you are not leaving your items in "our care," as there will be no representative of Park It Market, no security guard nor security cameras on the premises and Park It Market shall not be liable for damage, vandalism, or theft while "seller's" items are displayed on our property. 

Park It Market shall have no liability for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. Use of this service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Park It Market expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Park It Market makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the web site service will uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the user of the web site service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of web site services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the web site service will meet your expectations, and (v) any error in the web site will be corrected. I have read and understand Park It Market’s legal disclaimer. I agree to the terms of this agreement with Park It Market and all of its provisions. 

Weather: Sometimes our outdoor markets will have to be cancelled due to weather. In this case, we will inform you of the date it is rescheduled to and your payment will automatically be applied to the new date. If you are unable to make the new scheduled date for that month, we will apply your payment to the next outdoor market the following month. There will be no refunds, but we are happy to apply the payment to any of the 2 events scheduled following the event that was cancelled/rescheduled.
